FAQs
Getting Started:
The easiest way to begin is to schedule an initial nutrition counseling session. During this visit, we’ll talk about your experiences with food, your goals, and any concerns you may have. From there, we’ll discuss what ongoing support may look like.
If you prefer, you’re also welcome to schedule a discovery call to ask questions before booking.

How do I know what my insurance will cover?

If you prefer to check your benefits yourself, a simple guide is available to help you ask your insurance provider the right questions.

Common Questions from Parents:
Do parents attend the sessions with their child?
It depends on the child’s age, needs, and the reason for the visit. In most cases, parents are actively involved in nutrition counseling, especially for younger children. Sessions may include time with both parent and child, or time spent with parents to discuss feeding strategies, routines, and ways to support their child at home.
